Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the stage of work and costs already committed.
Before work begins
A cancellation request received before work or third-party purchase begins may be eligible for a refund after deducting applicable payment charges.
After work begins
Payments for strategy, setup, design, development, configuration or work already completed are non-refundable.
Third-party charges
Domain, hosting, Meta, WhatsApp, telephony, API, software and other third-party payments are non-refundable once purchased or activated.
