Scope of service
The confirmed proposal, quotation or written scope defines the deliverables, timeline, fees and responsibilities for each project.
Payments
Work begins after the agreed advance is received. Remaining payments must be completed according to the accepted quotation. Third-party charges are separate unless expressly included.
Client responsibilities
The client must provide accurate information, required access, approvals and lawful content. Delays in these inputs may affect delivery timelines.
Third-party platforms
Meta, WhatsApp, hosting, domain, telephony and other platforms operate under their own policies, availability and charges. Digi Smart cannot guarantee approval or uninterrupted third-party service.
Intellectual property
Final approved deliverables transfer or license as stated in the quotation after full payment. Digi Smart retains rights to its pre-existing tools, systems and reusable methods.
